Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na organizaci a hospodaření Moravskoslezského a Středočeského krajského úřadu. Součástí práce je popis a komparace organizačních struktur obou úřadů. Je zde také popsána ekonomika vybraných krajských úřadů se zaměřením na výdaje na činnost – krajského úřadu a jejich porovnání. Prvním cílem bakalářské práce bylo, zhodnotit obecné předpoklady a praktická řešení organizačního uspořádání vybraných krajských úřadů. Druhým cílem bylo, zhodnotit hospodaření vybraných krajských úřadů za období 2011-2015 se zaměřením na personální a provozní výdaje.The bachelor thesis is focused on the organization and management of the Moravian-Silesian and Central Bohemia Regional Authority. Description and comparison of organizational structures of both officies are part of the thesis. Thesis also describes the economics of selected regional authorities with a focus on the expenditures on the running of the regional authority and their comparison. The first aim of the bachelor thesis was to evaluate general assumptions and practical solutions to organizational system of selected regional authorities. Potential of biomass resources in CZE and costs of its energy utilisation - I

Cílem bakalářské práce ,,Potenciál biomasy v ČR a náklady na její energetické využití,, je zhodnotit finanční stránku energetického využití biomasy a shrnout faktory, které ovlivňují cenu biomasy na trhu České repuliky. Práce se zaměřuje na dřevní štěpku. V úvodu se práce zabývá základním rozdělením biomasy a jejím energetickým využitím. Další kapitola je věnována dřevní štěpce a její výrobě a vlastnostem. Druhá část práce se věnuje výskytu dřevařských podniků v ČR a zhodnocení ceny štěpky.This bachelor thesis ,,Potential of biomass resources in CZE and costs of its energy utilization,, evaluates financial part of energetic use of biomass and summarizes factors affecting the price of biomass on Czech market. The work is focused on wood chips. In the introduction there is an overview of basic division of biomass and utilization as an energy source. Next chapter is about wood chips, their production and properties. Second part of the thesis describes the occurrence of lumber companies in Czech Republic and assessment of wood chips price.

Implementation of the air-ground heat exchangers in condition of the Czech Republic

Tato práce mapuje realizace zemních výměníků tepla pro vzduchotechnické systémy budov na území České republiky, především pak v oblasti jižní Moravy. Cílem bylo shromáždit základní informace o konkrétních zařízeních – jako je typ výměníku, použitý materiál potrubí, způsob nasávání (filtrace), řešení odvodu kondenzátu, atp. Toto jsou parametry, které může případný investor před realizací sám ovlivnit, a proto je třeba důkladně zvážit, jaká konfigurace bude pro danou lokalitu nejvhodnější. Výkon zařízení je totiž závislý i na parametrech, které investor ovlivnit nemůže (např. typ zeminy, dispozice pozemku, okolní klima). Práce vychází z dotazníkové studie z r. 2012, provedené v rámci juniorského projektu FSI-J-12-24, která byla řešena přímo s konkrétními vlastníky již realizovaných zařízení. Nemalá část zemních výměníků pochází z realizací energeticky úsporných domů firmy KARON s.r.o., kdy základní parametry zařízení poskytl její jednatel Ing. Stanislav Karásek. Další zařízení byla dohledána v databázi pasivních domů v České republice – spravované Centrem pasivního domu v Brně. Práce shrnuje některé poznatky majitelů ohledně jejich zemních výměníků, ukazuje nejčastěji používané typy a hodnotí důležitost správného návrhu celého zařízení.This work presents the implementation of ground heat exchangers for air-conditioning systems of buildings in the Czech Republic, especially in south Moravia. The purpose is to find basic information about specific devices - such as the type of heat exchanger, material of pipeline, the method of suction (filtration), outlet of condensate, etc. These are parameters that investor can decide before the realization. Exercise equipment is dependent on the parameters that investor can not decide (eg. type of soil, disposition of land, surrounding climate). The work is based on a questionnaire study (part of junior project FSI-J-12-24) form 2012 which was solved with concrete owners of realized devices. A part of the ground heat exchangers comes from the implementation of energy-efficient houses KARON s.r.o. company, the basic parameters of the these exchangers are provided by its managing director Ing. Stanislav Karasek. Other devices have been traced in the database of passive houses in the Czech Republic - managed by the Passive House in Brno. The work summarizes some of knowledge of owners, shows the most often used types and values the importance of proper design of the whole device.

Evaluation of Organizing and Financing the Delegated Powers in Terms of Selected Regional Office

Bakalářská práce se zabývá organizováním a financováním přenesené působnosti v podmínkách vybraného krajského úřadu. Práce je rozdělena do pěti kapitol. Rozlišuje nepřímý výkon státní správy na úrovni obci a kraje. Dále popisuje tvorbu příspěvku pro jednotlivé kraje. Věnuje se úkolům a struktuře Krajského úřadu Zlínského kraje, kde je podrobněji popisován organizační řád a personální složení krajského úřadu. Zhodnocení financování přenesené působnosti v letech 2012-2016 probíhá porovnáním příspěvku Zlínského kraje vůči ostatním krajům. V práci je graficky ukázáno, jakou části kryje příspěvek platy zaměstnanců včetně zákonného pojištění a jakou částí kryje výdaje na regionální činnosti celkem. Výdaje na regionální činnost se meziročně snižovali a příspěvek na výkon státní správy se zvyšoval, bakalářská práce došla k závěru, že podíl příspěvku a výdajů se meziročně zvyšoval.The bachelor thesis deals with the organizinig and financing of delegated powers in terms of the selected regional office. The thesis is divided into five chapters. It distinguishes the indirect operation of state administration at municipal and regional level. It also describes the creation of contributions for individual regions. Thesis deals with the tasks and structure of the Regional office of the Zlín Region, which describes in detail the organizational rules and the personnel composition of the regional office. The evaluation of the financing of the delegated powers in the years 2012-2016 is done by comparing the contribution of the Zlín Region to the other regions. The thesis shows graphically what part of the contribution cover employees' salaries, including statutory insurance, and what part cover the expenditures for regional operation in total. Evaluating the Need for Truck Centres on the D1 Motorway between Prague and Brno

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem počtu a umístění truck-center na dálnici D1. Návrh vychází z aspektů, které mohou ovlivnit počet, velikost a umístění truck-center. Základem je výpočet intenzit nákladní dopravy do roku 2030 a její návaznost na nehodovost, regulaci dopravních proudů a dalších návazností na řízení práce osádek (AETR), řešení případných potřeb údržby a oprav vozidel, služeb motoristů a možnosti kontroly státních orgánů a policie. Základem diplomové práce je výpočet velikosti odstavné plochy pro případnou regulaci dopravních proudů nákladních vozidel včetně návrhu jejího umístění.This diploma thesis deals with a design of truck-centres count and location near the motorway D1. This design is a result of aspects which can influent truck-centres‘ count, size and location. There are derived the aspects on the basis of calculation of freight transport intensity till the year 2030 and its concurrence to accident frequency, traffic flow regulation, and also its concurrence to management of personnel labour (AETR), means of eventual maintenance need and means of vehicles’ reparation, services for motorway attendants and finally its concurrence to possibilities of controls by public authorities and police. In order to regulate freight transport traffic flows is calculated size of parking spaces and suggested their appropriate locations.

Function and Significance of Reparcelling in Czech Republic

The law No. 139/2002 Col., on reparcelling and land offices can be consider as one of the most important tools of active land law in the CR. In frame of administrative procedure in public interest, the law enables to re-parcel lands and ownership relations to them in order to create conditions for consequential management. A property right to newly defined parcels is acquired by a decision of the appropriate land office which is an administrative authority. By means of reparcelling, also „modern“ ecological problems are solved. Reparcelling is necessary for renewal of statutory land registration, clearing and delimitation of borders in the landscape, and so it is a significant contribution for renewal of peace in land ownership in the CR shaken in 1948 – 1989. Reparcelling shows only secondary economic impact, it is more suitable to assess the effectiveness only from the point of view of effectiveness of the financial means expended for reparcelling. The adaptability of stakeholders to new approaches in rural development in the Czech Republic

The paper deals with the adoption of new approaches in the practice of rural development. Major attention is paid to the LEADER approach, with the objective of evaluating the implementation of the principles in the activities of actors associated with Czech LAGs. Techniques of content analysis and interviews with selected representatives, mainly with managers of LAGs, were used for sociological empirical research. The results analyse concrete clashes between the hierarchic structure and the principle of network co-operation, which is starting to develop successfully at state-wide and international levels. Next, the results point out the failures in the implementation of the LEADER approach in the Czech Republic which have been overcome (linked with the principles of recourse from locality, decentralised management and financing, partnership) and, on the contrary, those which are still ongoing (linked with principles of integration of sectors, innovativeness). Assessment of the Impact of Social and Environmental Factors on the Real Estate Prices in the Mladá Boleslav District

Předmětem diplomové práce je posouzení vlivu vybraných sociálních a environmentálních faktorů na ceny nemovitostí v okrese Mladá Boleslav. Cílem je vyhodnotit údaje ovlivňující nabídku a poptávku na trhu s nemovitostmi pro bydlení. Zejména se jedná o ukazatele popisující koupěschopnost obyvatelstva, trh pracovních příležitostí a nezaměstnanost, životní prostředí, velikost sídla. Tyto ukazatele jsou následně vyhodnoceny v návaznosti na trh nemovitostí typů – rodinné domy, byty 1+1 – 3+1 z databáze inzerátů realitních serverů. Krátce je také zhodnocena výstavba rodinných a bytových domů v lokalitě a rozvojové tendence v regionu.The goal of the thesis is to assess the impact of chosen social and environmental factors on the real estate prices in the Mladá Boleslav district. The aim is to assess data that can influence the offer and demand on the real estates market. Especially it’s focused on data about purchasing power of the habitants, jobs market and unemployment, environment, the size of the place. Those data are interpreted from the following type of real estates – residential houses, flats 1+1 – 3+1 from real estates servers’ database. The construction of new residential houses and flats and the development of the district are also shortly mentioned.

Social care services as quasi network industry

The extent of social services industry increases both in the Czech Republic and worldwide; its importance in national economy and society rises, especially in the connection with demographic development in the last period. The industry appears as a quasi-network with specific product standing between pure private and pure public product; this corresponds its financing and providing. Its aims is to record position of social care services as sub-industry of the Czech national economy, to take a think on the kind of product carried out by them, as well as on the financing ways of these services, to judge regional distribution of these capabilities and financial resources in the Czech Republic, and to verify an adequacy of distribution of these services in particular regions, incl. sources utilization of their financing
